What you will be doing As a valued member of our team youwill be responsible for addressing calls from consumers, clients andmerchants. Typical inquiries will be to verify activity on credit, debitand prepaid cards. Most of the questions will be about authorizations,while others may require your critical thinking skills. You will berequired to meet standards regarding quality, schedule adherence andother metrics that would be outlined during training. After yousuccessfully mastered the skills of this role you may be tasked toprovide mentoring to less experience associates. Addressing a highvolume of inbound calls (80-120 per day) Using resources to troubleshootand appropriately resolve customer inquires Document and update frauddatabases Follow up on escalated issues with coaching to learnappropriate solutions Expand overall knowledge of services Resolvesuspicious phones calls Extensive training 8am-4:30pm for four (4) weeksWhat you bring High school diploma or GED Prior call center experience;banking experience is preferred Excellent customer...
