Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders, Business FP&A teams, and corporate finance to provide financial insights supporting strategic decision-makingApply industry best practices to enhance C.H. Robinson's financial planning and analysis methodologiesUtilize month-end financial data to prepare monthly variance analysis and insightsLead process improvement initiatives for financial planning and analysis, including end-user tools and resources, providing indirect leadership and mentorship within the FP&A teamManage the enterprise investment review and approval process, guiding Business FP&A leadership on procedures and enhancing the overall programImplement reporting and analytical tools, ensuring stakeholders have the necessary information for informed business and financial decisionsEvaluate the financial feasibility and impact of business cases submitted through the Investment Review CommitteeProvide oversight in evaluating and prioritizing investment opportunities, considering risk, return, and alignment with company strategic objectivesOffer recommendations to senior management for optimizing resource allocation, ensuring selected investments support the company's overall strategy and contribute to its growth and competitivenessOther duties or responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related majorMinimum 8 years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or other Finance-related roles, including complex financial modelingAbility to travel up to 10% (domestically and internationally)
