Summary The Filler Operator is responsible for filling/packaging of the yogurt ensuring food safety and quality requirements are met. Responsibilities Load materials into filler, looking for defects and accuracy of materials Perform quality checks included, in-process testing, weight checks, and filler checks Train other employees as necessary Operate various filling machines, including setting up for production, operating from start up to CIP, making equipment adjustments, and monitor the performance and quality of the machines Monitor machine operations during production Perform basic maintenance of filling machines. Escalate problems to maintenance or supervisors Verify all filler connections before production and monitor for leaks Assist with cleaning of the filler room and other cleaning duties as assigned Use materials with ERP system Perform other duties as assigned Follow Chobani safety procedures Follow Good Manufacturing Practices Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 3-6 months in a production environment About Us Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place.
