We are seeking an established Executive Assistant to be the right hand to the President of a major organization in San Francisco. You will own all things calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, expenses, meeting follow up and event planning.

The Day-to-Day:
Create agendas and itineraries for meetings and presentations for investments Schedule meetings with internal and external contacts Oversee and assist with accounts payable Oversee and coordinate all flight, hotel and restaurant reservations Manage expenses Create meeting agendas Audit and tax support Support with organizing several legal documents Liaison with high-profile Investors and clients Bonus if you are a licensed notary but certainly not a must-have
