Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The main objective of this role is to ensure a proper data configuration of supply chain master data (locations, products, networks, calendars, etc.) having as purpose the correct execution of the supply chain planning processes in LatAm markets.
Your Impact
As SC Data Management Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
Achieve DFUs and Sourcing Adherence target, maintaining a level equal to or greater than 98% of the market volume.Configuration, Control and Maintenance of Data (Itemgroups) - It is a function that include the additions, deletions, modifications, associations and/or creations of everything related to the configuration of the Itemgroups/ItemSAP in the My ISCP Item table. It is the responsibility of the Digital Care Specialist to apply the maintenance of the products as required by the markets (planning codes). (Creation, Merge or Split)Configuration, Control and Maintenance Table Customers - The Digital Care Specialist must analyze and review the Overrides requested by the Performance Analyst in terms of Groups, sales chains, sales channel, Loc CD and Region, in order to maintain the correct information so that it contributes to the correct calculation of the Sale and Forecast. Configuration, control and maintenance of the DFU's Table - It is the responsibility of the Digital Care Specialist to apply the configurations in the DFU table (Demand Forecasting Units) sent by the Performance Analyst to support the demand planning processes. (Creation, discontinuation or flags). This function is necessary so that in the other tools (JDA, DPP, DRP), the complete history of each DFU is reflected and the correct forecast is displayed for optimal planning in the local market. Configuration, control and maintenance SKU Table Location and SOURCING - It is the responsibility of the Digital Care Specialist to apply the requests of the areas that intervene in the supply chain of the local market and the MBS planning area for the supply network of each ITEMGROUP linked to an innovation and/or product regularly sold on the market.Maintenance and control of SDV - The Digital Care Specialist will support the maintenance of the SDV in My ISCP once the Performance Analyst enters the SDV information by ITEMGROUPS every time the Revenue department announces a list change, it is carried out a Split or a new product is introduced in the portfolio.Apply Status - The Digital Care Specialist must enter and/or update the status passed by the Performance Analyst each time the S&OP demand area announces a change or entry for the ITEMGROUPS.Innovations and Sizings - The Digital Care Specialist participates in the Innovations agenda together with the Innovations Coordinator and the Performance Analyst, since they must correctly coordinate the exit transition of the previous ItemSAP, guaranteeing Write Off (0), and the change to the New code when required in a sizing, to create the Itemgroups, NPI, and other configurations in all the My ISCP tables so that the stock is available in all DCs and the creation of demand in JDA.
