D2C Digital Strategist – PPC Performance and CRO

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated D2C Digital Strategist – PPC Performance and CRO to join our team. In this role, you will ensure PPC traffic performs. Design PPC campaigns, develop landing pages, setup AB tests, and manage conversion rate optimization aimed at growing leads and sales. You will be responsible for developing and testing hypotheses for new CTAs and lead nurture opportunities to broaden non-brand reach. This role involves conducting A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize performance, with a focus on new campaigns, keyword expansion, landing page conversion, and lead generation opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities:
Design and implement PPC campaigns for lead and sales growth.
Oversees landing page strategy and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Focus on new campaigns, keyword expansion, landing page conversion, and lead generation.
Develop and test hypotheses for new CTAs and lead nurture opportunities.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Use analytics and campaign data to launch and test new landing pages.
Collaborate with Design and Content teams on marketing materials for new campaigns.
Utilize PPC channels to complement SEO efforts and ensure a unified approach.
Monitor and analyze on-page analytics, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
Provide regular data-driven reports on the performance of PPC campaigns, highlighting key metrics related to sales and growth initiatives.
Required Skills:
3+ years of direct experience in creating and managing profitable search and display campaigns.
3+ years of direct conversion rate optimization experience including direct response B2C work
3+ years of hands-on experience using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and retargeting platforms (Google, Criteo, AdRoll)
3+ years using Excel to organize and report on campaign performance
2+ years of hands-on experience with AB testing platforms such as VWO.
2+ years of hands-on experience Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.
Experience in strategizing, designing, and optimizing successful direct response landing pages.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Analytical and strategic thinker.
