Job Description
The Strategic Business Development Director will be responsible for driving market readiness for the Xeon product family with our hyperscaler and cloud service provider customers, specifically targeting Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure.
Business Strategy :
Develop and implement a comprehensive Xeon market readiness strategy that aligns with the Xeon Product and Solutions vision, priorities and short and long-term strategic objectives.
Drive the readiness, internally as well as externally, with CSP vendors for integration, support and deployment of new Xeon features that scale to customer needs.
Works closely with internal development teams to guide direction business unit platform/product portfolios, accomplishing business unit strategic objectives.
Instance Proof Points :
Establish instance proof points that demonstrate the value and benefits of the Xeon product portfolio in real-world scenarios.
Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams to develop innovative approaches to cloud workloads, meeting customer and market expectations.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy :
Design and execute a robust GTM strategy to drive Xeon adoption and revenue growth. This includes working with cross functional marketing teams to position Xeon products effectively and to create compelling marketing campaigns in the marketplace through outcome-focused marketing and sales-enablement.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at AWS, GCP, and Azure. This includes regular communication and collaboration to ensure we are meeting their business and technical requirements and expectations. Identifies opportunities that support strategic priorities by interacting with senior business leaders, software companies, and organic pipeline generation.The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

Communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
10+ years' experience in cloud computing market dynamics and customer needs.
10+ years' experience in technical customer engagement in the cloud and /or data center industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in strategic business development or a similar role.
Ecosystem enabling development experience preferred.
Experience with cloud service provider offerings and business models - hyperscalers, IaaS, PaaS.
Experience with key AI and datacenter technologies across silicon, system, software.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $141,673.00-$241,005.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
