Job Description Your Career
We are looking for a Compensation Program Manager who will lead our efforts to develop deep, rigorous, and scalable insights about our compensation programs. You’ll lead our efforts to rethink our approach to compensation analytics and mentor other analysts to help accelerate their development. Compensation is a highly strategic and highly personal issue, so the ideal candidate will be just as comfortable thinking through both the financial and employee impacts of program changes. Being curious, flexible, and adaptable are key personality traits that lead to success in this position.
Your Impact
Oversee the management and successful completion of complex projects and programs i.e. Pay Planning, market analysisDevelop detailed project plans for execution of programs including benchmarking, design and modeling, budgets, timelines, communication and training, and systems/toolsDevelop and maintain an analytical platform for statistical and data visualization reviews (Tableau) in support of developing new and refining existing rewards programsCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders - communicate regularly to ensure they are informed of progress and changes - deliver training to ensure full enablementMonitor programs to regularly track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make recommendations for improvement Specific responsibilities
Market analysis for core compensation programs - salary ranges, bonus targets, and equity guidelinesMonthly equity grant process, working with cross-functional team, to ensure on-time and accurate grantsConduct deep analysis of compensation programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvementBuild and refine tools for supporting Compensation programs and operationsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, IT, People Tech, and Legal at corporate and local levels to ensure world-class and seamless compensation outcomesSummarize complex compensation data analysis and present effectively to management to lead to sound decisions Qualifications Your Experience
8+ years of experience in one or more of the following - broad-based compensation, international compensation, short-term incentive programs, or reward/recognition programsProven experience in project and/or program management - Able to manage a variety of projects and to effectively handle short-notice assignmentsSuccessful translation of complex analysis into summary outputs, and conducting enablement of team members across projects/programsProven analytical, reporting, and modeling skills with the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-makingAdvanced Google Sheets and Slides skills, including the ability to effectively and efficiently handle large amounts of data, advanced formulas, and build modelsExtraordinary attention to detail and thoroughnessExperience with Workday, CompAnalyst, Tableau, and AlteryxExperience working in a multinational technology organization is preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Social Science, I/O Psychology, Finance, Computer Science, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience or equivalent military experience requiredExperience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured dataExperience using Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, R, Python, etc. Additional Information The Team

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $119,600/yr to $193,400/yr.
