Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative.
In this role, you will:Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needsMonitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions onlinePerform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasksAct as primary loan servicing contact that involve construction monitoring and disbursementsMonitor collateral and preparing payoff letters, releasing collateralAudit loan systems of record for new loan setups, modifications and data input, and customer research and billingReceive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individualsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications:
Experience in Commercial Loan Servicing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Serves as Operational Relationship Manager for clients within their portfolioIdentify ways to improve loan processing within established proceduresProcessing correspondence received Reviewing inbox and resolving Customer inquiries and fulfilling requestsGeneral operations reporting on assigned portfolioProcessing of Transfer of contracts between entitiesProcessing various contract changes such as addresses lease copies, effective dates, etc.Creates manual invoices for specific customers that require specialized information that cannot be provided through a system generated invoice. This can include customer/client modifications, account maintenance, rebookings, and purchased receivables management, receivables collections to ensure accuracy through life of transaction.
