Job Description
Plan and implement O2O and B2C e-commerce channels to support buy-in and sell-out volume leveraging strategic, creative and tangible marketing communication and promotion approach
* Build ecommerce & O2O strategy and business model, ensure the success of ecommerce related projects
* Plan and implement O2O and B2C channels to improve the overall conversion rate leveraging the marketing promotion approach
* Work with retail team to develop O2O success model benefit online stores and offline store enagement
* Develop annual/Quarterly and monthly ecommerce promotion plan, align with key customers incl. external ecom, retailer, and internal depts.
* Prepare monthly/quarterly internal ecommerce review report
* Daily communication with ecommerce platforms, procedure operation,sales target achievement
* Budget management to control ROI

Qualifications
College degree or equivalent preferably marketing or commercial or Engineering background
Good in English and communication
Experience in managing franchise network is a plus
3 years working experience on channel & e-business with Multi-national company is a plus , within Auto industry is a plus
Vendor management experience with advanced supply chain management knowledge is a plus
Process experience of retail operation
Advanced experience in cooperation with external customers and vendors
Team working experience is a plus
Muliti-international company working or cooperation experience is a plus
