Cloud Data Architect

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Design data infrastructure strategies, including the overall enterprise data management framework, data security, and compliance.
• Focus on building and maintaining the technical infrastructure used to store, process, and analyze data.
• Formulate the organizational data strategy, including standards of data quality, the flow and security of data.
Collaborate with data engineers to build a sound data architecture.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Seven (7) years of experience managing enterprise data including managing on-premises systems and cloud migration efforts.
• At least three (3) years of experience architecting and building cloud data solutions preferably using Azure.
• Proficient in configuration and administration of cloud resident enterprise level data stores, ETL/ELT methods, batch and streaming data transport, and API development
• Proficient in data technologies to include but not limited to Azure Data Factory, Oracle, SQL Server, Databricks, and Azure Synapse
Experienced in leading transformation projects related to establishing an enterprise-wide data layer and establishing mature DataOps practices.
OPTIONAL: Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required

Due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US Citizenship
This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S.
