Job Description Summary
The Central Fill Project Manager provides direct oversight and management for Central Fill installations, change orders, removals, upgrades, conversions, inspections, and training. Will be responsible for managing high cost projects that are complex and require commanding cross-functional leadership to ensure success and positive customer outcomes. The incumbent must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
The primary focus is on Central Fill installations. However, the Implementation Project Manager may be expected to lead and manage implementation tasks related to:
Customized software orders - documenting requirements and scope of work
• Business Integration Analysis reviews and documentation
• System through-put testing (onsite, and in-house)
• Customer Training sessions (onsite, remote, and in-house)
• Onsite management during the installation phase

Key Responsibilities
Manage all project-related activities post-contract through the implementation planning stages and plan execution [e.g. risk assessment, plan development, scheduling] for New InstallationsServe as a liaison between customers and Parata's internal teams throughout the Implementation life cycleRemovals / Upgrades / Conversions / Inspections / Training Events: Manages all contracting, quoting, sales opportunity creation, and invoice collection prior to the required project-related activities post-contract through the implementation planning stages and plan execution [e.g. risk assessment, plan development, scheduling]Maintains current project status via internal reporting tools [e.g. Salesforce, install review meetings, and conference calls]Project budget: tracks costs on a weekly basis to ensure project is maintaining marginsWorks directly with Procurement to ensure project's materials are ordered, received, and shipped on timeAccurately forecasting current and future quarter revenue for each assigned projectsDrives project installations to effectively support monthly, quarterly, and annual installation forecast targets and revenue goalsDemonstrate a proactive approach to identify risks to project success; develop effective action plans for resolution and escalate issues and risks as neededSupports departmental and company initiatives
Skills and Experience
Demonstrates an understanding of Implementation project governance expectations (scope management, tollgate, and risk & change management processes)Solid dedication to documentation of project progress in a centralized reporting location (Salesforce)Experience working in construction and automation project managementPrior experience working in or managing projects for central fill pharmaciesWorking knowledge of pharmacy automation products (pharmacy automation, pharmacy host software, etc.) is preferredStrong communication and decision-making skillsSuperior time management skills; organizes time effectively and determines the right resources needed to effectively perform job assignmentsThinks creatively and encourages others to take reasoned risks to achieve value-added resultsWorks with minimal direction but promotes an open flow of information so that all concerned are well informedResponsible for maintaining project schedule and timelineDemonstrates effective communication and engagement with customerEnsures complete project closure including, customer acknowledgement, equipment reconciliation, and transition to supportDeveloping the professional and soft skills necessary to be an effective project managerExcellent administrative and analytical skills in a fast-paced business environmentStrong experience working with customers in a sales and marketing environmentBA / BS in a technical or business field, or equivalent work experienceFour (4) or more years of project or account management experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industryMust be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Travel may consume 10%-90% of the workdayAdditional physical duties may be required as necessaryWhile COVID-19 precautions are in effect, this role requires use of face masks/face coverings and gloves while working in customer pharmacies
