The Business Process Owner is responsible for digital product development, deployment, and business adoption at all LCM stages (POC/MVP/Scale/Sustain). Gathers & defines the digital product’s business requirements. Defines squad priorities, shapes backlog, and manages squad business resourcing in collaboration with TPO (Technical Product Owner).

Key Responsibilities:
Defines the product’s business & user requirements and value proposition in collaboration with Domain Owners and Capability Leads.
Responsible for product use case development & deployment across LCM stages, business adoption and value realization.
Collaborate to assess readiness, maturity, and essential capabilities for deployment.
As a squad member, defines business priorities, shapes backlog and manages squad resourcing in collaboration with Technical product owner.
Facilitate release planning, sprint planning and demos with stakeholders.
Budget ownership and responsibilities for product related costs.
Accountable for product specific KPIs and communicates regular tracking to stakeholders.
Accountable for execution Business Sustain processes (Incident, change, performance, Adoption, periodic reviews).
Leads product development communication & stakeholder management.
Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design.
Drive engagement with third parties to support delivery of squad objectives.
Utilizes market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team. Align outward facing product requirements and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in an Engineering, Science, IT, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.Experience and Skills:
A minimum 6 years’ experience in Supply Chain, preferably across multiple functions.
Leading experience of product domain business/processes, technology and supporting industry principles, and understanding of high-quality digital product delivery.
Leading experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision.
Experience in digital application development and solutions. Proven track record driving value with digital tools including advanced analytics.
Experience of Managing Digital Products in Sustain LCM.
Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology.
