SUMMARY Lead the Nature\'s Way Retail and IntegrativeTherapeuticsPractitioner Customer Service Representative Teams andensure that purchase orders and customer inquiriesare handled in aprofessional and consistent fashion. Manage order and inquiry flowsoriginating from all sources (phone, fax, web, chat and electronic) andstrive for accuracy, quality and helpfulness. Train and monitor toensure FDA regulations are followed. Develop best practices that reducecycle time, reduce error potential, reduce costs and eliminate waste.Drive for efficiencies and continuous improvement. Elevate thehigh-performanceculture within Customer Service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Provide leadership to each associate within the Customer Service Teamsincluding IAP (Individual Action Plan), performance appraisal,improvement plans and career development plans.
