Reporting to the Manager System Support of the Canada Disability & Group Life team, the Business Analyst, System Support is responsible for business process and system support on a day-to-day basis, which includes risk and global initiatives impacting the Canadian Disability & Group Life organization. This team provides technical support on proprietary system investigation to support complex client and operational related challenges.
You will be involved in the analysis, planning, design, testing, and delivery of technology and automated solutions related to projects, system releases, and various operational initiatives. You must be highly motivated, collaborative, influential, and a passionate professional who is committed to building solid relationships while delivering on initiatives. You have a natural curiosity that leads to a comfort in asking questions and challenging others to ensure we understand the details, and how they will impact our Canadian Disability Operations. You know how to build successful relationships with your coworkers and mesh naturally in an environment with geographically and culturally diverse cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Provide business and technical application support and troubleshooting;
Communicate solutions and problem fixes in a clear and concise manner;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives;
Ensure adherence to quality, audit, and security standards;
Analyze business and system requirements and assist in the integration and implementation of upgrades and new solutions;
Be a subject matter expert (SME) on Disability applications and downstream/upstream interface impacts;
Recommend and develop appropriate solutions in line with the Disability organization business strategies;
Foster positive, effective relationships to strengthen partnership with key stakeholders.
Collaborate intensely with subject matter experts and clearly document business needs.

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
CAN, Ontario - Full Time Remote
Salary range is expected to be between
$56,400.00 CAD - $94,000.00 CAD
