This role would contribute to the definition of business projects associated with Development Delivery (CTA/IND) systems, organization, and processes across the R&D Organization (GRA - Clin Ops - Clinical Sciences - Medical Affairs). This role will be accountable for the preparation and maintenance of the training material to be used for the onboarding and training of people within the Development Delivery Team and for the training delivery .
The role would contribute to the compilation and analysis of business performance metrics and resource management for Development Delivery (CTA/IND).
This role would involve working closely mainly with all Development Delivery members and if needed with stakeholders from RP&S, Content Delivery, TG, CMC and across Clin Ops, Clinical Sciences, QA and Clinical Supply Chain.
BPM Senior Specialist (Business Performance Monitoring)
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to Development Delivery projects and initiatives. This may require data analyses, familiarity with Clinical Submission Applications processes and systems, and management against the functional objectives and performance standards. May act as project manager for management of Development Delivery and cross-functional projectsContribute to develop metrics and metrics reporting that support Development Delivery business performance (resource utilization, budget management, simplification, etc.). This will require to comply with the monitoring management process by actively using a CTA/IND Dashboard to make visible that our deliverables have appropriate KPIs which are tracked, reviewed, recorded, and communicated according to plan Contribute to improve Clinical Submission Applications processes, which may include, developing process maps and assessing appropriateness of written standards Coordinate activities acting as a liaison between the RP&S; Content Delivery and R&D Groups to align processes, systems, and business performance. This is intended to simplify and align maintenance of, and continual improvement to, the business model, contribute to optimize strategies and operational plansActively contribute to Development Delivery Communications strategy, maintaining flow of information via email, presentations, website, town halls, and other information sharingContribute to assessing the impact of change before initiation and the benefit realization after implementationOverseeing maintenance and change management for all Regulatory systems, and all Regulatory data repositories with CTA/IND data Why you?

Master's degree with 1 years Regulatory process/Scientific and analytical data experienceInvestigational products, regulatory requirements, CTA/IND/EU CTR experience, line and/or matrix leadershipAbility to effectively and clearly communicate with different stakeholders within GSKProficient use of Excel Tool and first experience in use of power BI reportsProficiency in Data Analysis (Statistical oriented)
