Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Supply Chain Procurement Agent (Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4) to join our BCA In-Service Supply Chain Team in our Everett, Washington or Seattle, Washington site.
As an Operations Procurement Agent, you will manage complex work packages in a fast paced and multifaceted environment. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world class products in support of our airline customers and the flying public.
The In-Service Supply Chain Team is looking to hire a high performing/highly organized individual with supply chain management, and program/project management experiences to lead several high visibility projects with our airline operators. This highly dynamic SOW will see the right person interface with a wide range of airline customers, programs and stakeholders to ensure the requirements are supported and achieved in a timely manner. This job requires a cross functional effort that leverages several different Boeing entities to better serve our customers. To maximize opportunities for support some meeting times will need to be adjusted depending on Airline home country time zones. A deep understanding of Airplane build requirements, Supply Chain Operations and Customer Interface experience is highly desired and the capacity to build relationships across the enterprise is critical.
This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.

Position Responsibilities:
Leading the team with all stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are clear and up to date
Leveraging resources from Supply Chain Operations & Field Service to meet part on dock requirements
Interface with multiple suppliers to ensure the Support teams urgently engage with the suppliers to get ECD’s and/or to arrange shipments of parts
Developing a project plan and performance tracking tools from start to finish (Metrics)
Establishing a support cadence structure with stakeholders and Exec. & Program level report outs
Works with urgency and supports business goal and objectives
Maintains effectiveness and adjusts easily when experiencing changes in work task, processes, and/or requirements
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership
1+ years of experience in a role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of experience working in cross functional teams
1+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools
1+ years of experience in a role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Typical Education/ Experience:
Associate Level (Level 2): Typically, 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Mid- Level (Level 3):
Typically, 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Lead (Level 4):
Typically, 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range Associate Level (Level 2): $67,606 - $82,629
Summary pay range Mid-Level (Level 3): $83,647 - $102,235
Summary pay range Lead (Level 4): $106,729 - $130,447
