JOB SUMMARY
The IGA Associate Solution Architect position requires technical knowledge and experience as an Identity and Access Management Architect to design and implement secure and efficient identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IGA principles and technologies and experience working with large-scale enterprise systems.

Education and Experience
Required:
Bachelors in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or a related field or equivalent experience/certification.
7+ years progressive Information Technology/Information Security technical experience in developing, managing, and securing technical solutions.
5+ years combined experience as follows:
IGA Engineering & Architecture
Solution design and development
Infrastructure, software/hardware/code management
Additional Skills and Qualifications
Master’s degree
Project Management experience
Agile Experience
Certifications such as Project Management, SCRUM, AWS, security-related
Experience creating formal roadmaps
Backlog management
Strong oral and written communications skills
Core Work Activities:
Develop and maintain IGA architecture, strategy, and roadmap to ensure consistent, reliable, and secure access to enterprise systems and data and achieve strategic goals
Leads the design, development, and implementation of IGA solutions, including user provisioning, access management, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Defines and prioritizes the product backlog items for the IGA capabilities based on organizational needs, and business objectives.
Contributes to and documents/maintains the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the IGA capabilities.
Leads the effort with stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality products that meet our organization’s needs.
Collaborates with security analysts, engineers, and developers to ensure that IGA capabilities are aligned with industry best practices and standards.
Works with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their needs.
Develops and maintains project documentation and provides status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Exercises strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Provides technical leadership and guidance on IGA issues, including authentication, authorization, and access control.
Leads a team of IAM developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
Defines and enforces Coding best practices – specific to solutions and languages.
Define the code build and release strategies
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates, progress reports, and recommendations regarding IGA initiatives.
Managing Projects and Priorities
Functions as a strategic senior technical expert within the department.
Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
Champions leaders’ vision for product and service delivery.
Makes and executes the necessary decisions to keep moving forward toward achievement of goals.
Provides direction and assistance to other teams regarding projects.
Determines priorities, schedules, plans and necessary resources to promote completion of any projects on schedule.
Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Reviews vendor proposals and selects appropriate vendor for services/technologies/hardware.
Thinks creatively and practically to develop, execute, and implement new project plans.
Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates the quality of operations.

California Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $209,169.00 annually.
Colorado Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $190,154.00 annually.
Hawaii Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $116,205.00 to $209,169.00 annually.
New York Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $209,169.00 annually.
Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $209,169.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
