  Hong Kong

  Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1800

  Onsite + Remote

  The Position

  Our Corporate & Legal Solutions Division provides accounting, company secretarial, payroll and treasury services to our clients, whereby you will have the opportunities to learn about the various business entities, business environment, regulatory system, and laws in different jurisdiction. This position will work with a small team of professional staffs to provide professional company secretarial services to our clients with core areas of responsibility including: all company secretarial matters including setting up of companies in different jurisdictions, compliance on statutory filings, preparation of minutes and winding up of companies non statutory matters such as due diligence on clients and opening of bank accounts handle and deal with company secretarial services enquiries from clients liaise with clients and external parties on regular basis coach junior professional staffs and other ad hoc projects

  Your Profile

  Qualified professional member of ICSA/HKICS Bachelor Degree/ diploma holder in business administration/corporate governance or equivalent Minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience in a professional firm at supervisory/management level Good command of both written and spoken English, conversational Mandarin Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, outspoken, keen to learn, able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
