The Agency Solutions Manager is a strategic and analytical solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. They have a passion for advertising and believe the future of marketing is personalized, privacy safe and grounded in measurable business results.With proven understanding of both online and traditional media and the DACH agency ecosystem this is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships and serve as a consultative product expert to some of our most important and advanced agencies in the DACH market with focus on Germany and Switzerland.The ASM is responsible for partnering with agencies to constantly increase agencies' knowledge and expertise in Meta products and solutions, use data and analytics to drive informed implementation of Meta solutions, and to drive advertising success for the agencies and their clients.Success in this position requires strong consultative and analytical skills, a focus on providing excellent partnership, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This role is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Agency Solutions Manager Responsibilities:
Expert in Meta marketing solutions who builds and manages relationships with key media agencies in Germany, Switzerland and AustriaServe as external product consultant educating agencies on product solutions and best practices and working hand-in-hand with Meta client teams in developing scaled approaches to drive solutions adoptionAnalyse data and insights to identify areas of opportunity, and guide the strategy and partnership roadmap to drive growthProvide extensive training to agencies to build broad capabilities in implementation and consulting of Meta solutionsInfluence product innovation based on agencies' and client needs and feedbackWork and collaborate with diverse groups of internal cross functional teams as well as other regions to foster exchange of best practicesMinimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms and social advertisingExperience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement strategy and providing insights and campaign optimisations / recommendationsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of managementExperience working directly with agencies and presenting to external stakeholders at a variety of levelsExperience leading and managing initiatives and complex work-streams autonomously, with a high degree of accountability and high attention to detailDemonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with supportAdvanced analytical skills, experience with analysing datasets and delivering actionable insightsFluency in English is required for this role, as it involves communicating with stakeholders and team members globally.Preferred Qualifications:
