Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Account Executive based in Chicago, Illinois. This role is primarily involved in the creative and digital media industry with a key focus on social media platforms. The successful candidate's responsibilities will involve supporting multiple brands, managing projects from inception to completion, and maintaining detail oriented client relationships.
Responsibilities: • Supporting 10-20 brands with their creative and digital media needs • Managing all organic and paid social media initiatives, video assets, website design, video production, key visuals, and point of sale collateral • Leveraging experience in integrated media, social, and digital marketing to drive brand strategy • Collaborating with creative teams to develop and execute creative concepts and assets • Managing internal clients, providing updates and feedback as necessary • Organizing and implementing projects on a regular basis, in line with client feedback • Managing projects from the beginning to the end, updating trackers and providing updates as needed • Working independently on various initiatives, demonstrating detail oriented acumen and client-facing skills • Utilizing Microsoft Suite, specifically PowerPoint, for presentations and reports • Ensuring effective client relations, engagement, and communications to foster relationships. Requirements • Familiarity with the Creative Design Group, Creative Content, and Creative Briefs • Experience in account management and account maintenance • Ability to work with cross-functional project management teams • Knowledge and experience in integrated marketing, digital media campaigns and digital marketing • Proficiency in managing client engagements, client relations, and client communications • Understanding of corporate social media, social advertising, and social media campaigns • detail oriented demeanor and ability to interact with clients in a detail oriented manner • Experience in digital advertising, digital collateral, and understanding of digital trends • Knowledge of paid social, paid media, and paid advertising strategies • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proven experience as an Account Coordinator or client-facing role • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, software (CRM) and Microsoft Office • Excellent communication skills Innovation starts with people.®
