Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will manage a project from beginning to end with one of Amazon’s HR teams in MENA. Projects will vary from working with compensation, HR managers and business partners,
onboarding, training and development, talent acquisition, or international HR

Basic Qualifications
Enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business administration, management, economics, e-commerce, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field with a graduation date between June 2024 and June 2026
Legal right to work in UAE
Fluent written and verbal communication in English
Preferred Qualifications
Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record.
Majors and/or concentrations in HR, HR Management, Organizational Development, Business
Administration, or related fields.
Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication with a keen focus on delivering business
results.
Demonstrated track record in using data and metrics to make decisions and build scalable solutions.
Ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
Ability to act strategically and make decisions under ambiguity.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
